The journal Frontiers in Sustainable Food Systems is inviting papers on the topic of “Sustainable Alternatives for Food Preservatives and Additives”. Subtopics could include natural antioxidants, antimicrobials and preservatives derived from plants, animals, microorganisms or food byproducts.
