Update on red meat from Tara Garnett
Some of you may have been following the discussion between myself and Richard Young of the Sustainable Food Trust on red meat. A few weeks ago Richard posted a blog arguing that we should all be eating more red meat. I replied to say that actually, we should not. Since then Richard has posted a response to my comments, which you can find here: I in turn have replied – see here. I think that’s probably the end of the discussion for now but we’d of course welcome your further thoughts and comments.
