Open Access Button https://openaccessbutton.org/ a tool that has a searchable database with copies of articles that comes into play when a user hits a paywall. (It will be integrated into existing interlibrary-loan arrangements in the US this year).
Unpaywall www.unpaywall.org is a simple browser extension free to install for Chrome and Firefox that allows access to a database of millions of author-uploaded PDFs. It can instantly deliver legal, open-access, full text as you browse.
