Special lecture by Sir Andrew Haines: Planetary health: is human health at risk in the Anthropocene? Oxford Martin School

Human health has improved because of advancements in technology, industry, agriculture and public health. Sir Andrew Haines will give a lecture exploring whether environmental challenges could reverse this progress.

Sir Andrew Haines is a member of the Rockefeller Foundation Economic Council on Planetary Health. He was Director of the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and has been knighted for services to medicine.
